Him + Me = WE
When I found out my sister was pregnant I would say being devestated is such an understatment ..... to understand why, you would have had to have been apart of all of the Drama from early on .....when my sister was 16 and had her first child...When she told me she was pregnant this second time I literally threw a fit Called my oldest sister and We cried together..... BUT!.....Now that my Nephew is here it makes me feel horribly guilty that I could have for one second wished that he werent , he literally is the air I breathe....my everything....We have the weirdest connection ....I love This lil guy <3
The week in Review
WOW! SSOOO many different things going on this week its crazy!! So please excuse me if this post is all over the place or TOO scatter brain for you I do apologize :) Anyhoo.....
So a Couple of weeks ago I decided that I would start collecting all the good early 90's and 80's child hood movies that I remember. Since I want to keep this organized and under control I limit my self to purchasing 4 a month (of course unless I find a really deal) ...... Anyhow These are the two that I have got thus far......
ITS so weird because there is something Sexy to me about David Bowie in this movie maybe its his weird Rocker Mullet I'm not entirely sure but, there has to be something to it since he IS married to one of the most beautiful Supermodels to ever Be ...IMAN....As far as the Secret Garden Every time i think about this movie I Think about my sister and us being little kids watching this and reading the book over and over. I love this movie and it has a special place in my heart.
Moving Along.....
I made it my Goal to get some additional squares sewn together on my quilt Being that the Quilt squares total 40 to actually make up the blanket that gives me 160 squares that have to sewn together to make a ' 4 square'. I have completed 20 of them with a lot of hard work an dedication, i think the quilt is going to come together nicely i really hope to be completely finished with this before the end of the month if not that at least by mid month NEXT month. Cross your fingers for me guys! :)

Last but not least Rounding off the week me and my mother did what we do best we hit up a Thrift store on Saturday we generally go to the SAME thrift store weekly because they are close to a upper class neighborhood and therefor have some great pieces NOT only this i have found some REALLY nice furniture from there and ALSO some great pieces.... some vintage and some NEW(This particular thrift store takes clearance from Target and sells it, its Generally NEVER more than 3 Bux! You cant beat that with a Stick!) ...
Below is a picture of my "Thrift Haul" Nothing Major But i ended up spending Just 16.27 And all the shoes are NEW ! as well as the Mint Green Old Navy Crochet Sweater and the Folded Gold Cardigan !

LOSE Vs LOST
As you can tell from my previous attempts I really want to get down to a healthy weight being that a suffer from PCOS(Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome), this is something that is just beneficial for my womanly health and my future it lessens my risk for cancers and such ... so since I'm more a visual learner than anything i decided to make these cute little jars. LOST and LOSE.. lol I'm sure you can figure out the goal of these jars or their purpose there are Marbles in the LOSE Jar which symbolize how much weight in LBS i need to get off of me Each marble represents a Pound and lets just say there are 80 of them in the jar :) lol. ANYHOW these are the jars pictured below i thought they came out pretty cute. I snabbed this idea from a FB friend of mine and i think she got it from Pinterest ..Either way its ADORABLE and i love them i put them on top of my fridge we shall see how many i can get moved over this month...Stay Tuned :)

5.Complete Head Board for Room
6.Do a Thrifting Haul Once a Week
7.Workout AT LEAST 5 Times a week
THERE'S SO MUCH MORE but we are going to start small - First things First!
ITS SO HARD to get everything done!!! Paired with this my mind goes a 1 million miles a minute I need to focus on ONE THING at a time it is unbelievable. *Deep BreAth* *SCREAM *Deep BReAth*

I did at the least pick out some of the fabric for my quilt ... I chose :
Pink.
Purple/Blue Cords.
Pink/blue/white/baby blue Striped Fabric
LARGE pink and White stripes.
and Dark Blue
This is my first time taking on a project this big i usually just do little things like clutches or what have you but I wanted to do something with my mother that we could remember or that i would always have and maybe give to my children <3
This is how my squares will be I decdided on doing 4x4's But there is actually another Dark blue that needs to get cut but it hurts my arm so i needed a break and wanted to see what it would look like This is a Idea of how my Square will look ....Thus far I L O V E IT .

Journey to the UNKNOWN
So, Over the weekend Friday to be exact I HAD to pump my self up to do something I never did before.......... and this was...........here it goes........ GET A SEW IN! I know your probally thinking im crazy especially being its not a huge event but you have to keep in mind that Im not too crazy about weave i never had been BUT ... I figured I needed something new AND something low manintenance while I do my Workouts and all before we go on a Huge family vacation you know since im trying to shed some pounds and all..Well I must say I <3HEART<3 IT!!! . What do you think ? :)

Just a thought
Thinking: I'd Like to Consistently Blog and of course take More pictures BUT it is difficult, When my sister is chasing around my nephew, and then my neice is chasing around her mom who is chasing around her brother!! That leaves me with Noone to take my pictures!! :/ HAHA ;) but i'll get it togethor so my blog can get Poppington! :*
